Twitter’s new 22,000 square foot Asia Pacific Headquarter is located in Singapore’s CapitaGreen Tower designed by internationally acclaimed architecture firm Toyo Ito. The office design required the incorporation of regional influences while maintaining Twitter ’s global brief for a boutique residential feel with a rustic edge. At reception, one is greeted by a decorative screen made o f 200 concrete breezeway blocks, handmade by local craftsmen.  One of the key design elements a re the window walls that wrap around the meeting rooms throughout the office; a subtle hint at the shophouse window facades seen throughout Singapore. The decorative metal grilles provide a form a screen g i n the office without blocking natural light and provide a framework for hanging pocket planters, adding greenery throughout the space.
